Thomas J. Quinn, Jr. has been in the public accounting field for over thirty years. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is the Treasurer of the Cherish the Children Foundation.

Thomas is a lifelong resident of Glastonbury.
